Dear Lord,
We have so many people and things requiring our time. Please help us to stay on track with our health and weight goals. Please nudge us back when we falter. Just for today, may we be mindful of what we eat and how we exercise.

AM- egg beaters, cereal, skim milk, coffee creamer, coffee/creamer- about 300 cal.

supper- cole slaw, 3 chix tenderloins, sweet potato, vegies, 1 bun, hot tea

ReplyDeleteWell- had a small dish of ice cream. But only 2 diet P.'s again today. And drank water after supper. Small steps.
