August 7, 2012 Day 2

Dear Lord,
     Thank you for your blessings yesterday.  You helped me make conscious decisions throughout the day about my eating.  Please let me recognize when and what I should eat today.  Help me focus on your beauty around me today. 
In your Son's name,  Amen.

  1. Last night, I had about 40 cal. in pretzels.
    Woke up hungry- that's ok. This morning, cereal/milk, egg beaters, coffee/coffeemate -about 310 calories.

  2. Awake 5 hours and starved...yogurt/ salad/chicken/2 diet P.'s/ cheese sand./ and banana, but was going to eat cocoa almonds,read label, and decided against it because of the high fat grams. Guess I need more kinds of fruit in the house. Minor success.

  3. had a yougart then an hr later egg beaters, bacon.
    chicken for lunch, and some tomato pasta
    some goldfish - more than i should have had
    just had a sandwich for dinner
    hopefully tonight i will be able to have selfcontrol again.

  4. Supper- Hamb, Bun, Pickles, cheese, baked potato, butter, cole slaw, tomatoes, yogurt. Lord please keep my mind off food for the rest of the night.
