August 11, 2012 Day 6

Dear Lord,
    Thank you for the fun in our lives.  We appreciate the connections we have with different people and the joy we can share with them.  For today, please help us  be mindful in planning our meals and snacks, rather than to eat unthinkingly.  May we truly enjoy the tastes and textures of the food we eat today.

    lunch- salad, turkey, cheese, croutons, tomatoes
    PM- 1 slice bread
    drinks- plain iced tea, 1 diet p.

    1/4 cup baked beans
    Cod, broccoli, small baked potato, 1 bun
    sliced strawberries, nutra sweet, angel food
    1/2 c. pretzles
