Dear Lord,
I just realized that it has been a week since I have posted a prayer which doesn't mean it has been a week since I prayed about this. Thank you, Lord, for the small results I have seen. Thank you, Lord, for the people praying for us. Thankyou, Lord, for my sleeping better. Thankyou, Lord, for reminding me to eat healthier and buy more fruits. Thank you, Lord, for reminding me to eat only one snack after work- not 4. Thank you, Lord, for the help and support Jenny has received in her new position.
Thank you, Lord, for the friends Jenny has in her life.
Please , Lord, help both of us to find time to exercise this week. Please, Lord, remind both of us to eat smaller portions. With you, all things are possible.

Dear Lord,
Jenny has an extremely busy week ahead of her...she is being a good co-worker and offering to help where needed, but it creates more work and stress on her right now. Please help her focus and remain calm to get her work done.
I also have my first week of 8 classes using new technology in 6 of them which creates a little anxiety for me. Help me to remain focused on the big picture- the students. If I make one person's day better today, it will be a success.
Help us make good food choices and find ways to exercise.

It's hard to fit in exercise...I have the time- I just have to do it early in the day. Today is golf, but I'm riding so it won't be enough of a walk. Please help me exercise after dinner tonight for 30 minutes. Be with Jenny at the end of this week. Help her to eat right and also find the time to exercise.

I know we have to change our mindsets to eat healthier and to exercise. I just realized that I finally have more fruits in the kitchen. It has taken a month to get to that point. Keep us strong.
