Lord,
Be with Jen as she drives to work and teaches today after the weekend. Be with me as I get ready to teach my first class tomorrow. Thank you for being ever present in our lives. I know we have to change our mindsets to eat healthier and to exercise. I just realized that I finally have more fruits in the kitchen. It has taken a month to get to that point. Keep us strong. Keep us thinking about weight loss. Thank you for not giving up on us when we are ready to give up.
