Day 17

Lord,
    Thank you for the drop in my blood pressure.  Thank you for the reminder that I sleep better when I walk 2+ miles a day.  Thank you for the delicious tomatoes in Pete's garden.  Help me to not eat when I am not hungry.  Be with J again today as she does her important work in the classroom.  Help her be strong concerning food and exercise.
