Day 1- morning

Dear Lord,
I thank you for all your blessings on me- my family, my health, my ability to work at something I enjoy. Just for today, please help me to be mindful of what I eat. Please help me to eat healthy so that I can live longer and enjoy the life you have given me.

  1. I had a double choc. chip muffin for breakfast. Lunch I had some chicken and pasta from Mimi's leftovers.

  2. Breakfast- 375 calories- Eggs beaters, coffee mate, 2 Slices bread, Butter sub, and coffee and water.
    Rotary Lunch- Salad, Balsamic, yogurt, BBQ beef, 1/2 bun, dessert

  3. i had a yougart this pm. then made tomato pasta salad. and had one piece of whole wheat bread

  5. Houlihan's for dinner- salad with salmon, 1 small roll, got home- still hungry....drinking glass skim milk and ate 6 grape tomatoes of Pete's. Lord, this is the hardest time of day for me. Take my mind off of food.
