Thank you for another new day and the friends you have given us. Thank you for the good feeling of success in our efforts to become healthier. Please help us focus on the joy of your world and your love. We can be so critical of ourselves at times that it can be self destructive. We ask your help today to think about what we eat.

A.M. Egg beaters,cereal/skim milk/ banana bread(at Lila's), coffee/creamer
ReplyDeleteLunch- salad, sliced turkey breast,tomatoes, croutons, homemade dressing, banana
supper- left over goulash, 1 slice bread, peas---ok- lots of carbs with that supper. Told Pete we would only have that many carbs no more than once a week.
-Good news- only 1 diet pepsi today, although lots of plain iced tea, again. I wonder how much money I'm saving on pop?
I did drink only water after our phone call...and only ate 90 cal. yogurt after supper. Thanks for the encouragement!
