August 8, 2012 Day 3

Dear Lord,
   Thank you for this new day.  Help me to forgive myself for my failings. Help me to realize that through you all things are possible.  Guide me today in my eating habits.  Allow me to see that small changes are successes.

  2. AM- egg beaters, cereal/milk, coffee /creamer, yogurt,
    noon- salad, chicken, tomatoes, croutons, cheese, dressing, yogurt, cheese sand.
    supper- TBD

    I have had really bad arm pain, so went for a massage- tell you later...

  3. supper...pork chop, carrots, baked potato, cole slaw,
    After ...pretzles, skim milk, 1 granola bar,
    Small success today- only 1 diet pepsi...but lots of unsweetened iced tea.

  4. I had some grapes, a grilled ham and cheese sandwich, then an ice cream bar.

    over all - I feel pretty good about today.
    The ice cream bar was the first sugar treat I have had since Sat or Sunday I think so that is good.
