August 10, 2012 Day 5
Dear Lord,
Thank you for our jobs- and for our breaks from our jobs. Help Jenny enjoy the last days of our summer break before she starts her school year. We love teaching and taking care of people, but help us to remember to take care of ourselves first so that we can continue taking care of others. Help us to realize that it is not selfish to want to lose weight and to be healthier.

Breakfast- 380 cal. egg beaters, cereal/milk, coffee creamer

1 diet p so far (!)
lots of water!
1 plain iced tea so far
After supper- sliced strawberries and angel food cake/ nutrasweet/ dash of whipped cream
